If you bought a ticket before 1 hour from the departure time, in that case you must call the specified number to clarify

And if there are no free seats (which is very rare), we can transfer the ticket to another time.

e.g. Buy a ticket half an hour before the 13:00 flight and there is no free seat, we can transfer you to the 15:00 flight.

If you order an individual transfer and you want to cancel it and there are less than 2 hours left before departure, only half of the amount will be returned.

For regular transfers, the money is returned if there are 2 hours left before the flight, if there is less than two hours left, in that case we do not return the money, we only offer to transfer the time!

If you encounter a problem at the border, the driver has the right to leave the customs after waiting for 40 minutes and the ticket amount is not returned.

User - a natural person who buys tickets for the event planned by the organizer, considers taking advantage of the offer or uses the offer through the site, physical box office or mobile application.
